Can Anyone Identify This Tool?

Sorry for the small picture, but its all I could get off the internet. Any help in identifying what this tool is and what its intended use is would be helpful.

It's an arbor press. It's commonly used to assemble and disassemble things. Usually it's used with some sort of fixturing.
I have outfitted one to be a spoon bender and leather punch for a friend.

do you mean the arbor press or the pcs that are being assembled?

I think a small arbor press is very handy for small bearings and bushings.
