Can anyone identify this trans jack

Picked this up and wanted to have an idea what I have and if I can find a kit. seems pretty decent

Many hydraulic cylinders use the same seals. Your jack will most likely have common parts that any hydraulic shop can supply.For a few dollars more. the shop can re&re your jack. Hydraulic cylinder seals are often fragile.
You may need specialty tools.

I am looking to see what the lift looked like originally. rebuilding the hydraulic is not what I am looking for. iam more interested in how it looked visually.

The part of the lift you show in your pic has probably looked like that for all it's life. The top of the jack may have changed or been repaired but the handle we see looks like it's about the same age as the bottom. It looks like a nice jack. Better than the one I had use of many years ago.

Transmission jacks are not for your casual repair shop. Transmission repair scares most people, even some mechanics.

Modern front wheel drive car transmissions don't see this tool. The transmission comes out with the engine and through the top.

the jack works well. I just used it on a vw. I got it from a closing shop. With out knowing I looked up black hawk which is a name a remembered from long ago. like most of my stuff on my off time I clean and paint my stuff. I have a top plate but the brackets are long gone. I have a used automotive equipment place that will let me look through what they have but I dont know what this would have specifically.

That looks shop built. I think the pedal on the left has been brazed.

Pedal is not brazed. looks like the other Mohawk i saw but all the Mohawks I see have a different trans fixture.

So I appreciate everyone's comments. I found a fairly original lift and an article on them. Looks like Mohawk sold them around the late 80s.

Isn't a trans Jack called a Jane?

The nut on the top of the cylinder and the "legs" look like my Wudel 711. I build a "wrench" to remove that nut to reseal mine.

Does look very similar to the Wudell and maybe they made it for Mohawk. This one was branded as a Mohawk
