I have various sizes of these. They work very good to clear a clog BUT be cognizant of where the clog may be and know that it's possible when using one that instead of clearing the clog you can wind up backing up water out of other drains if the clog is not limited to only that drain. I have a large one I can use from the cleanout by the house to clear a clog in the pipe going out to the street BUT if the clog was on the main and I had any other neighbors past me on it (I do not) also affected by that same clog it very well could cause water backing up in their homes.
