I have an 10foot x 60 feet concrete block retaining wall that has blackened and green moss growing on it.
Can I use an electric 1850 psi pressure washer to spray bleach from the soap tank onto the wall? I would definitely clean it out as soon as I was done.
I’ve tried a 2 gallon pump sprayer and it will take forever to clean the wall. Any other suggestions?

I’ve had great luck with “Wet and Forget” with removing heavy moss from shingles. Plus it is pretty harmless to nearby plants. I understand there are other faster working products, I just haven’t tried them.

I use bleach on the black spots that form inside on the garage wall. Sometimes with a bucket and brush.

Get a cheap foam cannon for the end of the wand.

If it corroded after a few years you would only be out $25

I spray outdoor bleach every few years through that, and so far it's still working

This. Bleach is an oxidizer.

Don't use bleach through the pressure washer because it will kill your seals quickly. Pump sprayer to apply a strong mix, wait for 15mins and then hitting it with your washer using plain water would be best option I guess. You can also rent or buy a cheap chemical sprayer wand that will hook to a garden hose - it covers way faster than a 2-gal hand pump

I would pressure wash it first with plain water just to get the heavy buildup off. Then spray the bleach mix on with a hose end sprayer. Let it sit and then pressure wash it clean again.

Soap bottle on any small homeowner pressure washer doesn't run chemical through the pump, so it isn't killing anything in the pump. It's a chemical injector on the output line after the pump. Will it corrode the injector and fittings in the hose and gun, with time sure. That's why you should rinse it by filling the soap bottle with fresh water.
