Can I epoxy over epoxy?

I did my floor about 5 years ago. I don't remember all the details, but I bought the good epoxy from the company in FL and did Torginal flakes to full rejection. I then added the shiny coating over the top.

The mistake I made was doing yellow walls and a largely yellow floor because I bought a yellow car. I've switched to a red car and would like to do something a little more neutral.

If I use the same good stuff as before, can I go through the same process and coat over my existing coating?

Edit: my original epoxy is Legacy HD. It's held up pretty well except for some minor cracking where the concrete joints were.

The ArmorPoxy FAQ page suggests reapplying their 2-part epoxy top coat every 5 years or so in high traffic areas. That's epoxy on epoxy, so I would think if the prep is good, why not?

P.S. The badge on that red car looks like a total rip-off of my family crest (see avatar.)

Here is your plan...
Degrease floor with purple-power or simple green, rinse clean, allow to dry well.
We use a grit-brush but you might try a green pad or black pad to scuff the floor well, trying to degloss the floor so the next coating holds on. Once floor is scuffed, wipe clean using a micro-fiber cloth and denatured alcohol. I suggest you apply the same clear you used before. Not sure what to use? If you have no areas of delamination and the existing epoxy substrate is solid I would degrease, sand entire floor, deep clean (blow out & vacuum), acetone wipe he entire floor (wet wipe and dry wipe to remove any film) and reapply. You should be in good shape.
