Can I use a lightly damp mop on Advantech OSB?

Finishing an attic that has an Advantech OSB subfloor. Drywall was installed and sanded recently. I’ve swept and shop vacuumed already so the amount of remaining dust is not bad, but I’ve only got one chance to remove as much dust as possible before the finished flooring (carpet) goes in.

Would I be ok doing a wipe of the entire subfloor with a lightly damp mop? I’d plan to run a dehumidifier up there to make sure everything dries up quickly after I finish mopping.

Thanks for any advice.

Friend had a garage built a few years ago; they sheathed with Advantech. He left scraps laying in the yard for more than a year, laying right in the dirt. Rain, snow, more rain, direct contact with dirt for all that time. We recently washed them off, an they looked perfect.

Damp mop isn't going to hurt them a bit.

Yeah we had some of that laying out in the rain and it laughed at it. I almost think that stuff is so impregnated with glue that it's basically resin with wood fibers in it lol
