I am installing copper lines in my shop for compressed air.

I would like some nice, wall mounted air outlets, and these look like exactly what I want:

However, some (amazon) reviewers have alluded to these only working with the rapidair hose system ...

It *looks* like it is a standard block with standard size inputs and I can plug in any inputs and outputs I would like, but I wanted to make sure before I ordered it ...

Thanks.

You're fine the fittings are standard NPT. So spending on which manifolds you buy just match the size and you'll be golden.

I'm getting ready to do this and a shower sweat fitting seems like a cheaper option at $7. Screw ears and an NPT thread to put on a quick connect. Ideally you want a drop leg tee ($1) at your outlet with a ball valve ($6) for draining moisture? I would think something similar to the RapidAir could be plumbed up for less than $15
