Hi guys.
Quincy is a Qt-7.5. I replaced the 7.5 hp 3 phase baldor motor with a brand new single phase baldor L1430 5hp motor. I changed the sheave out to the proper size as recommended by A Quincy technician at Quincy. It will turn at 700 rpms, 200 past min for the pump. Quincy tech said it will chug nicely in this config.

The motor runs at 25 full load amps. I'll be running 8g thhn wire to it with a 40 amp breaker.
I have yet to order the motor starter. I am setting funds aside as we speak.

I have to wire 2 8' shop lights on the other side of my garage, wire up some outlets, run conduit for the compressor, install motor starter and i'll be all set. All in, i'll need about $500. It should be up and running in a couple weeks.

I think i got it all covered ?
