We have a harbor breeze ceiling fan that we have owned for a few years. It has a remote that controls the light and the fan. Recently we had a close lightning strike, and now the fan and light will not turn on from either the pull cord or the remote. It is not the breaker, the wall switch, or the remote batteries. I was wondering if something could have burned out inside. What should I check next, or should I just replace it?
