Can not reply to post

I can log in and all seems ok; why can I not reply to a post? Get this message in a small block that say "may not have privileges....or account blocked..." What is the problem here? Tues July 10 at 12:32 central time

My Guess is you are try to respond to an item for sale. You can no longer reply to classified adverts and must send a private message.
