Can someone help me with what thread size I need for hose/barb?

I'm being extremely cheap with this so please keep that in mind that everything I have has been given to me, which is all of like 4 parts..ahaha
My brother in law is getting his sprinkler system upgraded or adding to it or something, regardless he gave me 2 Rainbird 42sa rotary sprinkler heads. They work perfectly fine, attached on the bottom of them are 3/4 90 degree elbow fitting with a 3/4" barb fitting in which there is the 3/4 poly tubing. He gave me about 25-30' of this (TOTAL)

What I would like to do is simply have the following. I would like to simply find a barb type fitting that would screw into the outside faucet spigot. Which I believe is female 3/4 hose thread? Problem is I don't want to order anything until I know that's correct. Big box stores just gave me a blank stare when I was there yesterday trying to tell them what I needed... they insisted that it didn't exist or that this is some rare type of unicorn.?

I have attached a picture of what I kind of what to do. My spigot has a 2 way splitter with little on/off ball valve. One side is for the wife watering the flowers, while the other goes to the hose reel. I am OK with simply unscrewing what is there and screwing these in when needed.. I simply want to put one on the side of the bush to get half the front yard and the other by the garage to get the other side. Again this is a TEMP solution so it would be something that my wife/I would turn one on while we are outside for 10-15 cleaning the front porch, then shut it off and do turn the other one on..etc. Nothing needs to be automated like a true in ground system. I just am not familiar with the hose barb that would then screw onto the spigot.

That states a 3/4 barb to a 3/4 GHT Female... is that seem correct to anyone? Seems kinda pricey but honestly if that is correct then I am ok with spending $8 to get it...

the tubing you linked to is .824" ID so you would have to use a clamp to make it work on one of the linked fittings. I would suggest that you cut off a 4" piece of the tubing you have and take it to a garden center and ask for a hose end fitting to fit it. Most places that have garden stuff will have it and probably call it hose repair kit.
