Can someone ID these handled tools for me?

These were in a box of estate sale items I bought. They have a leaf shaped blade of sorts. Are they a boring tool for wood?

Aaah, for babbit bearings?
-There are other bearing/bushing materials besides babbit that are scraped in, bronze for example. Scraping isn't done as much now as it used to be, it's a skill set that most machinists/toolmakers don't have. They're not worth very much now but you're not likely to see another vintage set any time soon.

Several of us collect them. Like most of the older threads, it started with one brand in the title and grew from there.

Well, I would love to do some trading with these. I collect old Plomb brand tools, so maybe someone wants to do some swappin'!
