Can someone ID this grinder?

Anyone know what brand this is and if it's decent? Been looking for a quality older grinder for a while now and maybe this will fit the bill. Unfortunately these pictures are all I have to go on, they claim there's no markings on it whatsoever, maybe it had a plate on it at some point...

Hard to tell from the pics, but if those guards are heavy castings, and the price is good, go for it. Imports always seem to have sheet metal guards all around, and that looks like even the covers are heavy. Good sign.
