It can also be used to crack nuts :)

In your first photo, the can in the coolie says "The worlds finest bourbon" on the top.

Is that actually a can of Jim Beam bourbon?

Not really the discussion I was aiming for, but what the hell. Are you guys for real. And here I was thinking the U.S. had everything there was. We can get all our spirits in pre-mix cans or bottles.

I have never seen Jim Beam in a can. Let alone premixed. I have only seen it in a bottle. Interesting.

If you mix Diet Coke and Jim Beam, it is called a "Slim Jim". Why anybody would drink that, I don't know. What was the original post about?

The MIT machine shop videos on the link posted here a week ago show a lot of uses for these small vises.

You can use it to drill at any angle:
Place the workpiece in the small vise, then put the small vise in your larger mill or drill press vise and rotate it to the desired angle with the help of a triangle. then tighten the larger vise down on the smaller vise to hold the angle.

Unfortunatly they do caution you to set the angle first, before you open the Jim Beam can.
