Can someone ID this tool?

Found this in a stash. What is this? And is it worth anything to anyone? Otherwise going to trash it. Thanks. It has a portalign label on it. I've only seen their large drill alignments.

That is a backup sensor. Put it in your receiver hitch and when you get close the two red lights start blinking. Arm is a curb check.

Not worth a whole lot cause its hard to see the lights!
