Can someone recognize this vise?

Bought this on Craigslist and I would like to know what kind it is.

BTW, I cannot find a name but it says W 111073. It has a what looks to be some sort of pipe holders built in. It has 6" jaws.
It also says made in USA and looks a lot like a Wilton 746

looks like an old Wilton Tradesman. Good for the weekend warrior/ light duty stuff. I know...I had one!
