Can the head on this compressor pump be flipped around?

Im looking at the ingersoll rand ss3 pump as a replacement for my old aluminum devilbiss pump on my 60 gallon upright. It looks like the head is on so that the pump needs to be on the right side of the tank, whereas my pump is on the left. Are you able to spin the heads on these 180 so the air outlet is on the opposite side? thanks.

No, it's 2 stage meaning there is 1 piston 1 size and another the oposite size... you could however swap the pistons most likely as well then spin the head.... what would be the point though?

Edit: sorry I was thinking of cylinders as head also.... I think most heads are machined same inside and out on both sides, I think you just need to swap the valves is all...

It should only be a single stage pump. The only reason I guess would be so that the filter is pointing towards the outside and i dont have to run the outgoing airline all the way around the cylinder. Just thought if it could be done, why not? Looks more professional that way too.
