Can this main drain/cleanout be tied into?

I am going to call a plumber, but in the meantime I thought I would ask here.

I am installing a electric furnace in a house that has never had forced air. Along with the furnace will be air conditioning. I am going to need somewhere to connect the condensate line to.

Other plans are the relocated the washer/dryer to this same room.

Could a plumber tie into this main drain/cleanout and install a washing machine drain and a spot for the AC condensate drain?

yes, with some rearranging /cutting that wye out .
can the line coming in at a 45 be accessed from the other side?
you will need a vent installed too,

Do you want an “official answer” or one that says “yup it’ll function” ?

My washing machine and condensate lines dump into a 4” pipe with no separate vent and it hasn’t caused noticeable issues in the last three years. Proper, no. Functionally fine, yes.

If you install it like the guys that did my water filtration drain line, just drill a hole and silicone it...... Functional yes....but it was tore out and replaced......
