Can you help ID these vintage cabinets?

Ugh! These would’ve been the perfect cabinets for my garage. I missed these by a couple of days. They were for sale locally on craigslist. I inquired and it turns out it was a guy I graduated with that lives in my same town!

The drawer configuration leads me to believe these are not kitchen cabinets. I asked him if there were any manufacturer markings and he said no. He is our water department manager so I’m thinking these may have been cabinets at the water plant he snagged from the dumpster after a remodel or something. I like the multiple smaller drawers of different shapes. Vintage kitchen cabinets typically don’t have that. Any ideas?

They appear to be the type of industrial base cabinets used in a laboratory, so they could have been from the water plant, or from a school chemistry lab or similar.

Yes! Lab cabinets. Probably in the water testing lab. Thank you. Time to Google…

I can’t find anything. Maybe a surplus auction house or something? If anyone sees anything in the MI/OH area, let me know!
