Looks like Swiss Floor open mesh tile. Just a guess though.

Check out Sport Court tile. It looks like the same stuff to me.

Dri-Dek Deck tile.
Used on boats in the outside area that get wet. Good product that offers good traction with 6 inches of water on the floor.

I believe That is an old Sport Court deck tile back from the days when our family owned Sport Court ( pre 1995 ).
