Can you ID this vise?

i don't think there is a name on it but i was wondering if anyone can identify this vise? it is in the tipped up position in the pic. thanks

Steve: it's a drill press vise. it might be a Craftsman or there are several other makers. any idea of it's age and that might help us help you?

here's a couple pictures of my Craftsman that looks fairly similar i think.

i don't have it in my possession yet but thanks for the pictures. it appears to be like those. i'll add more info if it looks unusual when i get it home.
