First time poster here. Using HiBall's very informative guide, I've been rebuilding my Sears 50115 (aka 875.501152) 3-ton floor jack. So far, I've been able to find replacements for all the seals except the following:
Also, I should note that the end of the tank barrel is tapered, as can be seen below.
As you can see in the images above, the two seals sit in a circular groove in the jack's pump/valve body. The thin outer seal material seems pretty hard(ened?). The thicker inner seal material is also pretty hard at this point.
Any thoughts? Any help with this is appreciated.
