Can You Identify These Tools

Found in a box at an estate sale they approx 3" long for size reference. They look well built.

The top one is a knife used in leather work. Not sure about the other.

The bottom one that appears like an offset screwdriver is used to adjust housing contact springs and equalizing spring in AT&T coin operated telephones.
