Can you identify this German made hex socket driving tool?

A recent yard sale find.
I thought I could loosen up the knurled ring & it would be a ratcheting tool, but while loose enough to wiggle, it so far will not shift from a locked state.
Stamped made in Germany, D.R.P. (or D.R.F.) and there is an ornate diamond shaped emblem on the shaft with maybe a W in the center.
By pressing the button, the drive will swivel and lock straight, or 90°.
The handle is hollow, to maybe accept a longer shaft.
It came with an assortment of sockets that fit into the hex opening & are held in place with friction balls.
Ideas?

The mfgr is Spezial Werkzeugfabrik Feuerbach. The logo is SWF. DRP is Deutsches Reichs Patent. There a few different sets floating around in a few older mystery threads, but this one is the latest, with links to the others, and probably has the most centralized information. I should probably add it to the Sticky. I hesitate with obscure mfgrs, but they keep popping up.

Thanks Lugz.
Looks like I got the ugly red head stepsister set in that I can't get mine to ratchet.
will be trying some more soaking.
The videos in your linked thread at least confirmed for me that the drive is not a removable piece. (was tempted to try to pry it out).

Yeah, just jeep after it. It only has a few coarse teeth and the pawl and knurled selector are kind of crude. I have three "All-In-One" sets - SWF, AEG (like our GE) made by SWF, and an Emil Schwartz Company (NYC) import, also made by SWF, and one orphan SWF ratchet. One of them was also stubborn, and one of them still gets a little out of sorts changing directions.
