Can you identify this vise?

Sorry for the potato pic. It's from an online site.

The vise looks like a Reed to me but I can't figure out what the peg in the top of the static jaw towards the rear is. I thought maybe it was an indication of a swiveling static jaw but I sure can't make out the seam between the swiveling and static portions. I was hoping it was a 305 but the base isn't quite right.

I leave the conundrum to you fine fellows.

Reed. Looks like a valve cap or something else sitting on the static jaw. The magnet is also not OEM.

Man, will I be disappointed if it's a valve cap that just so happens to be nicely centered. My wishful thinking has had me dreaming all day that it's a swiveling static jaw.

Maybe they'll throw in the magnet for free...

Eta: Now I'm wondering if it's not a 105 (with an air cap).

What the heck is that "smile" on the back of the slide? Is that a chunk that was welded back on?

I'm assuming (hoping) it's an old piece of a magnet or something otherwise just slapped on the side.
