Someone buy these so I won't! There was a third kit but I don't see it anymore...

The first kit is the better deal IMO, with 4.0 ah batteries and the (brushed) active response drill. I'm really tempted to buy this but I'm already deep into Makita 18v and still supporting legacy dewalt 18v for some specialty tools (not to mention m12
).
They also have single 4.0 ah batteries for for $49.
