When I was 20 I worked for a couple of months at the local base motor pool warehouse on contract. They were getting in new shelving and such. No need for it ... just using up unused budget.

I hope you Edmonton guys take note. Today's equivalent to the MigMaster 250 is just about 4000 bucks. It's called 250, but it tops out at 280 AMP's. The aluminum spool guns can be found pretty cheap too. And I've been told, it will spray transfer with no problems.
I really hope someone here gets it. The sales history shows, the last one sold for just over 900 bucks back east.

I don't weld, but it might be a good flipping opportunity. Minimum bid is only $500. Yes, I know, things tend to go high there, but I have seen some screaming deals on machine tools.
The Ottawa surplus site is about a 15 minute drive from where I live.
