Hey everyone, new to the forum so take it easy on me please!
From watching youtube/reading reviews, the carlyle brand of tools sold at napa down in the states seems to be pretty decent stuff for the price. anyone know if the canadian napa "ultra pro" tools are the same? i have a few of their sockets to fill in the skips in my Mac tools sets as well as their big axle nut socket set cause the snap on/mac ones are crazy expensive. All my sockets, extensions, torx bits, hex bits, 1/2" impact, air ratchets, wrenches, stuff like that is Mac tools stuff cause im a full time tech and mac's student tech program gives a better discount than snap on, and the snap on guy around my area is much harder to deal with then our mac guy.
what im getting at is, are the carlyle tools the same as ultra pro, and are they good enough tools for a full time tech to use hard every day, or should i just bite the bullet and buy the tool truck brand stuff?
thanks!
