I've got several tektons, they're great. Williams makes some nice extensions, as well as Capri for non-usa options. I wouldn't go Ares, just since the other brands are going to be easier to deal with.

Also tekton, you could buy 1/2 and 3/8 get the 10% on that order, and use the rest to discount the 1/4.

I mostly have SK and a smattering of other domestic. But when I added more I went with Tekton and I don't regret it. Nice and straight and although the knurling isn't very deep, it's still a nice feature and the price is right.

Edit: I've never owned or used Ares extensions so my experienced isn't based on comparison.

Tekton seems wise choice, knurling better than most lower cost ones and extensions like 1/4 tend get pushed beyond limits so easy warranty is nice bonus and it fairly inexpensive set prices .
Would of liked to seen groove rings on all the extensions around the drive square (not just shortest one and preferably knurl band as many times you want grip in this area and very polished chrome is ergonomically not great for in use handling .
Other option is you hex the outer drive end, that better for handling and gives some extra special scenario usage options ...

My extension collection (1/4, 3/8, 1/2 and some 3/4) includes USA and China Craftsman, some SK, Proto, Husky, Kobalt, Gearwrench, older Tekton and Armstrong. Have both chrome and impact, some wobble sets in chrome, and some locking sets in chrome. The older tekton ones (both impact and chrome) are kind of nice, finish not great on the older chrome one, but decent. I would not hesitate to but their newer version.
