I need a new impact and I haven't seen a snap on truck at the shop in probably 5 years. I tried using the snap on site but it doesn't seem to work I tried google with no results I'm not the most tech savvy guy in the world. Does anyone know how I can find a snap on truck in seatac WA?

I messaged them and just got a message back with a email to their customer service so I'll try that.

Ha the email they gave me doesn't work. It's like they don't want my money.

Where do you live Mach? I have a friend at work that has connections with a Snap On guy and a Mac guy. He lives in Lake Stevens, not sure where they are located.

^ contact one of the new car dealerships on Auburn Way and see when the Snap-on man stops by. Or see if the service manager has a contact number maybe.
I called the factory years ago, gave them my contact information, asked to have somebody contact me (so I could complete a 1/4" drive set), but never got any response.
same set is still shy pieces years later.

As f/c said above. I called snap on, they wouldnt give me the guys number, so I went to the local stealership and had a chat with one of the tech`s who was happy to give me the details, also got his number as he does work on the side.

Buy an IR Titanium they are 100x better than a Snap On impact, plus better warranty. Right now Northern Tools has pretty good prices on IR air tools. Thetoolwarehouse.net has good prices too.

If you can't buy a Snap On tool easily, getting one fixed will really ****.

Check local car dealerships they always lurk there more so than mom and pop shops where it is scarce outside of metro areas

Buy online… unless you buy enough, a lot of times the stuff is cheaper from Snap-On website and free shipping (orders <$500). Getting stuff fixed is a matter of shipping it to Snap-On or ordering replacement parts. Can't speak to all tool truck guys, but ours was alright… sometimes repair/warranty stuff still took a while… besides basic sockets, ratchet rebuilds and screwdriver blades.
