I posted it last month....
He have a lot of other saw builds as well.... very nice and neat.... but they all share some of the same thing...
There's also another Canadian guy that make it out of tool steel 1050 tool steel.... less forging and similar katana sword other technique is very similar..... I can't remember his name.... .....

Check out the BBC documentary on Ulfberht, now thats a cool sword...and even cooler doc in my opinion.
