I'm looking for ones that are rated for residential.
I bought ones that were commercial and took them back because they f##ed up my FM.
I see lots around with the plastic lenses, but I think they look cheap and are less efficient.

You can buy just the reflector

Search "Retro-fit Reflectors"

I got these from Zoro Tools. I haven't tried them with a radio but I don't really use a radio. I did read somewhere that the dual voltage 120-277 fixtures were OK for radios. Did you just prove that wrong?

Industrial Fluorescent Fixtures, General Purpose Standard Series Fixture Type, 4 Lamp Quantity, F32T8 Lamp Type, 113 Fixture Wattage, 32 Lamp Watts, 120-277 Voltage, Description/Special Features Electronic Ballast, Tandem, 0 to 104 Degrees F

Item # G2226095

These have an aperture reflector as you have shown. They are also available without the aperture.

I was told by Philips that the 120 - 277 voltage is what you don't want for residential as it will effect the FM reception.
