1 Canadian winter ago I epoxy floored my garage finishing with a clear coat . spring is here and i cannot get the shine back , i rented a floor buffer and took to it with numerous cleaners , neutral floor cleaners by ZEP, plain ammonia , pressure washer , brush scrub . all with no shine, I still leave tire marks where the car goes in and out , the sides of garage are good which leaves me to believe there is a grime but i cannot figure out how else to get my gloss back, looks great wet after squeeze but then drys dull. any advice? I've also wiped with denatured alcohol in spots still no luck.
