Like the title says, I've been hung up on this for a few weeks. I need to get the floor done so I can move on. I've been leaning towards TS210 but it seems like a fairly new product and I haven't seen many reviews on it.

It's going on a work shop floor, not a showroom. I'm not concerned with looks but primarily want something that will help protect, help with cleanup and darken up the crete a little bit so stains aren't as obvious...I do weld on occasion so there's that as well.

Am I overthinking it?

I had kind of the same need on my basement shop floor. I went with this. https://www.covertecproducts.com/pr...s-heavy-duty-oil-and-stain-resistant-coating/
It doesn't change the look much at all. Oil penetrates zero so far. It sweeps and squeegees much much easier than raw concrete. The only thing so far that stained it was purple pvc pipe primer i spilled and even that came up mostly days later with a little lacquer thinner, but may have taken the coating too in that spot. Most people spray it with a garden sprayer and spread with a microfiber pad. I thought it was easier to apply it with a pad like used for deck staining out of a roller pan. It has not seen any welding yet to amount to anything, but I bet that will destroy it. So far I like it.

Sealers add little to anything. If looks are somewhat important, throw a single coat of clear polyurea on the floor
