Can't Post In The Classified Section?

I get the following message when I try to respond to a classified ad....

"Gregg33, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

I am way over the 100 post minimum and to my knowledge the buyers were satisfied with everything I have sold on here. Sometimes I am busy and don't post for a weeks, but overall I'm pretty active on here. Any answers/ correcting the issue would be appreciated. Thanks

Here's what the sticky says.

We no longer allow replies to classified ads. In order to make a purchase or ask a question, simply send a private message to the seller. You can do so by clicking on the seller's username and then clicking "Send Private Message."

Thanks, I already did that. I haven't been on in awhile so I never noticed the change (that you can't reply to classifieds). I thought it was an error or something I did wrong.
