Can't post to classifieds

Not trying to make a new one. I'm just trying to reply to classifieds and it keeps telling me this:

"wcp0611, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

How do I go about getting an admin to fix this?

I believe you need 100 posts behind you to access the classifieds.

We no longer allow replies to classified ads.

In order to make a purchase or ask a question, simply send a private message to the seller.

You can do so by clicking on the seller's username and then clicking "Send Private Message."

Oh, okay. I thought it was just that I needed 100 to start a classified thread, not reply to one.

Okay, I get it now. Looking through the rest of them, I did notice no one was ever replying to the threads. Makes sense now. I'm a dummy.

Yeah, that was my mistake. The only classifieds thread you can reply to, is one you have started yourself.
