Can't read pm's on my phone

Is there a trick or an app I need to down load,or am I just to dumb ?
I've got 4-5 messages people have sent that I can't read on this stupid phone,I need to break down and by a new computer I guess.

I use Tapatalk, many people don't like it but I find it way better than using a browser on my phone. The PMs work perfectly and you get a push notification.

My phone is 4yo and has two browsers. Use the other one.

My Droid says some stupid **** about having a new pm, opening a new window... And then doesn't.
Try this.

Click on
Your notifications
in the upper right corner of any GJ screen
Click on unread private messages.

That's what my android does,but it won't do anything when I click on it.
