Can't recommend Pioneer Pole Buildings

I saw a post where someone was asking for a reference for Pioneer Pole Buildings in PA, so I guess I should step forward and tell you that I have used them and that I can tell you that you should definitely stick with one of the better companies in the PA area such as Conestoga.

Against better judgment I used them, and well, what a mistake that was. I am left with a building that needs to basically be removed and rebuilt from the ground up. I am not kidding either.

I would like to come out and tell you how bad they really are, but a law suit is pending and I can't get into any details. Just trust me when I tell you that you will never be treated so badly by a company who has done such a bad job of constructing such a simple structure. Once everything has settled, I will be more that happy to post pictures to show how badly constructed this was. I can't blame the company that provides the products to Pioneer, it is their own people that are to blame.

Trust me, stay far away!

Seriously though, they f'd up my building so bad, they should be ashamed and never be allowed to build anything again. As if building it wrong from the start wasn't bad enough, the problems they caused when they tried to correct the major construction flaw was pityful!!! That is the last time I let a group of kids construct something for me, especially without blueprints on the site. When I say serious construction flaw, this is something that they have been trying to get away with for quite a few other people as well. Trust me, when it comes to Pioneer, save a lot of money, time and nerves, and move to the next company on your list.

Google the better business bureau in the area the said company of ole pole barn bob and see what turns up or check for the building permits on the property owners Pioneer has worked then do a few phone /emails other unhappy customers will gladly tell you what actually happened.

Pole, your post would have no effect at all if I happened to be in the market for a building. 1st post and you arbitrarily slander this company? Looks like you do work for the competition. A couple of pics would help your case. You don't have to say anything just post pics.

Pioneer built my pole barn back in 2006. I was referred to them by a local building inspector. They also built a one for a friend of mine whom I referred to Pioneer.

They put my pole barn up in 9 hours. Bearing in mind I'm **** to a fault, I couldn't be happier. What I found truly impressive considering its pole construction, every singe pole was dead on plumb and the building was literally perfectly square. In-fact everything is perfectly plumb and square. My friend requested the same crew and had a similar experience.

That was six years ago, if the OP's story is true, maybe he got a bad and or new crew. I would definitely use them again.

I think Ole Pole Barn Bob is trying to fool us here.But like said things can change. stellar company's can fall apart over night due to many things I watched a family member go from the best paint and body man in three counties for 25 years turn into the worst mud slinging hack work due to a drug and alcohol divorce problem.So pictures will tell all BOB !

IMHO, posting anything prior to that day was premature. Even not posting details, you have clearly compromised your 'suit' against Pioneer, leaving most to wonder why you made the original thread anyway?

Posting only truthfull things can't hurt your lawsuit. Theres nothing to hide if you are really telling the truth about something. Posting negative things all over the net without anything to back it up can hurt a lawsuit. They call it slander.

You have posted NOTHING of any value or anything factual here.

You didn't include anything specific, sizes, measurements, or any of the alleged mistakes involved with your build.

You want us to "TRUST YOU" when you have posted a whopping 4 posts on this board with 3 of those being defensive and disrespectful.

If you can't give any facts or reasons WHY you feel that you can not recommend a company then maybe you should just take a step back and sit on the sidelines until you can share something other than an opinion with no substance.

Post those pictures here in the thread. It is trivial to post images, look just below where you see 'Additional Options' when composing a reply. Second section says 'Attach Files' and that is how you post the images. Nothing simpler.

No. We want proof, plain and simple proof. Make some posts and gain some creditabilty.

You have done the same thing as polebarnbob, (the OP) joined to bash somebody. You claimed to have pictures and uploaded them 24 hours ago and still nothing. You have absolutely no validity in your claim, please back up your claim with pictures and once the OP posts his pictures after his lawsuit, we can compare them.
