I bought a military one from the Swap Meet a couple months ago for $10. It's an ex military box made that looks similiar to the Kennedy boxes shown above. I'll post a picture soon if you want to see it.

I have two exactly like the top box, did Snap-On make this style or something? Any interior shots so I can compare. It doesn't say anything on mine.

Grainger and MSC Direct are companies that buy from us and resell. Grainger would sell the 1022 as would MSC. Their are other buyers but those two are pretty big. Another great thing about Kennedy boxes is you can actually get a replacement part for your tool box should one fail in most instances. We dont sell alot of replacement parts but we have them just in case. This is the company website http://kennedymfg.com/

Whats cool about being in the business is seeing just how cheap other brands are made compared to ours. I'm sure the website catalog has alot of the things we build in it. At current we're filling a huge order thats going to a company in Texas enroute to Iraq. I attached two photo's. Those two units bolt together and 240 combos are going overseas soon. They ordered burgandy color. One thing i did find funny was that the logo are for Napa toolboxes who we supply as well hehe. MSC had them under Kennedy. Nobody would notice but me since thats my main assembly item. They are exactly the same just with different logo.

Have a great weekend.

Kirk

These particular Boxes are EXCELLENT Quality. Every bit as good as the Kennedy Branded Boxes. They are built like tanks and are very high qulity in both construction and finish. I liked the first one I bought so much that I bought a second one. I had an old Hand-me-down Craftsman Cantilever that belonged to my Grandpa, then my dad, then me. All 3 of us put it through hard use, and it finally gave out on me about a month ago. the rivets in the handle split through the lid. I contemplated making a new handle for it and re-mounting it, but I decided that after about 40 years of rough use, it was time for it to rest. No Joke Guys, These Homak-Kennedy Spec boxes are great and the prices aren't bad either. I will post pics soon if anyone is interested.

Snagged this one with these 3 others for $10 a few weeks back. Says "Dayton" on it, but obviously just rebadged.

Kinda like the drawer thing. Which model would accept the larger amount of tools ?

It all depends on how well you organize it. I would say the cantilever style would be better suited to hold larger amounts of tools. The drawers are nice but they are better suited towards laying everything out so you can see it when you open the drawer.
