Capacitor Requirement

Hey Guys
I want to keep a capacitor on hand in the event that it fails in the future. The numbers listed on the capacitor are:
40 + 5UF 440V 50/60 HZ 70C

Is this the correct one at Grainger:

It should also say on the motor nameplate what the capaciter voltage and MFD is. I'm assuming this is a unit heater of some sort.
