I have a triple square set from them its pretty nice. They also had super slim wrenches that are cool and people seem to like. Im sure they would be fine. As far as impact sockets are concerned I really like Sunex sets.

Thanks, I see the Sunex impacts are pretty well approved. I'll look more into them

Capri is mostly good stuff. The thin wrenches and new advanced series bit sockets are the true standouts. HD is a good place to order to avoid shipping charges by shipping to store.

I've got one of their 1/4 dr torque wrenches. Seems to be decent. I generally do not buy from them for ease of warranty reasons.

if you register at https://capritools.com/ they offered free ground shipping in the continental USA, reward points, and sales once in awhile.

I think most of their stuff is pretty good especially their advanced bit sockets as others have mentioned. Their combination wrenches aren't as long as they're listed in their catalog though.

Their warranty process is the same as Tekton?

As for the tools, the advanced bit sockets are awesome. Been using them at work for over a year now without issue, great stuff

Tekton doesn't require proof of purchase and buying from an authorized dealer for the warranty to be in effect. Capri says it requires both on its website. A lot of their Made in Taiwan tools are available under different brand names with either easier return policies or less restrictive warranty.

Capri told me to just email a picture for warranty issues. I think I've got the conversation in somewhere, let me find it.

I don't remember them having free shipping the last time I checked their website. That is excellent to hear and one of the things I praise Tekton for.

I agree with Kctyphoon the offerings overlap quite a bit between Capri & Neiko. None of these brands have their own manufacturing capabilities. They purchase tools out of Taiwan & China and sell exclusively online. Very similar to Harbor Freight except HF has a thriving brick & mortar presence.

I've got some Capri stuff ordered from Amazon.

Made in Taiwan, and very very nice for the money.

I can say the same about the "Neiko" brand, too. I think there are a few other Taiwanese brand or rebrands out there as well.

I don't know what the actual branding/marketing/manufacturing situation might be, and for the most part I don't care. They're very high quality tools, made in the first world, and the pricing is very reasonable.
