I was looking at something last night(forgot what) and noticed a Capri low profile 22mm 3/8 impact socket listed, so I clicked on it. Turns out they have 20,21,22 available (in addition to the 8-19 set). OK, cool. I had wanted to get a 21 & 22 to go with the set I have. I had gotten Matco sets a couple years ago 5/16-3/4 & 8-19. I found Napa offered 13/16-1" So I had bought those. No one I knew of offered the 21 & 22. So I was somewhat excited seeing these. However they want 8.99ea. for them(??!!??)

Seemed high to me when Matco (ADV series) wants 6.10 for a 19mm,

I'm sure these are all made in the same factory in Taiwan, The Napa & Matco are identical except for brand markings. Amazon actually wants 10.95 for the 19mm. I will likely buy them anyway since they seem to be the only ones offering those particular sizes and my CDO requires all my 3/8 rails to have the same sizes (Low pro, shallow, semi deep & deep)

Where are you guys buying their stuff? I guess I'm just surprised they are more then truck brand price. Wasnt expecting that.

Once again Napas tool description lets me down.. not even listing if it’s a 3/8” or 1/2”…come on Napa! I bought the capri ratchet 1/4”,3/8”,1/2” set.. I hardly use them but they are decent so far. They have been on “sale” for close to a year.

I’ve purchased a few Capri sockets to replace/fill out some less common stuff.

They work just fine. Made in Taiwan gets you a really good tool these days.
