This is an email I sent the President of Car Guys Flooring -
"Afternoon,
I wanted to provide some feedback on my recent experience with Josh. I have been doing lots of research online and am quite analytical about what I purchase. Toward the end of my research I placed calls to you, Color Chips, U-Coat It, Epoxy Coat and Armor Clad and must say that I received the best service from Josh.
Obviously, everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable but it was Josh who understood I was not. He made me feel comfortable in asking me questions. I didn’t feel like I was “bothering” him. In addition, he could sense where I was in the process (still trying to figure it all out), took control of our conversation and further educated me. I run a call center operation of 175 associates and we are very service oriented. I didn’t experience that with your competitors but did with Car Guys.
You earned my business because of Josh. I will be putting something positive out on the internet too (if there is a specific place you would like me to post too, so it is more readily seen by potential customers just let me know).
I’m glad he was there.
p.s. Suggestion for your website – give it a better tool that can be used to see the color of the floor and fleck colors in a variety of combinations. The interactive floor designer is limited. I actually had to go to a competitor’s website to select my color combinations.
