Car Hobby Garage in Mn

I joined a few months back knowing I was going to need help with a garage project coming up. Well its here and the contractors are starting to remove trees and level out the pad this weekend. I am building a 36 x 52 garage with 13' ceilings for a hoist and a 10/12 roof with attic storage. Looks like a lot of good information here, should be a fun process.
