A couple weeks ago I ordered a BendPak midrise lift from these guys.
They ended up claiming it was on backorder until 5/31, and even then that was only an estimate. Against my better judgment, I went ahead paid and placed the order anyway, because I really need this type of lift; a two-post or conventional scissor won't work.
Anyone think I could be screwed and have trouble getting my money back if the 5/31 estimate was bogus?
Anyone else ever go through this, or deal with the above company?
