I have been rebuilding my old Rotary SP84-8 two post lift. I purchased a seal kit and while installing it I put a tiny tare in one of the seals. Im not sure if this will be an issue but wont be surprised if it is. Any input will help. I have attached a picture of it. Its on the inner lip of the seal.
Thank you.

Personally I wouldn't use it, it's already damaged , which could lead to a blow out at any time, I know I wouldn't want to be standing under it if it ever did happen to let go, unless there is a steel seal in there too..
I wouldn't put it anything at work..

Replace it. That seal wont last very long before it starts to come apart even more. Plus its a safety issue.
