After several hours of research, I have come to the conclusion my only option is a Rotary Low Level Lift.
My preference is a 2 Post Lift however, after reading the concrete requirements through posts on this Forum, I have decided it would not be safe in my situation. It would have to be made narrower to fit and the footing would be at the edges of the concrete slab - my Garage Floor Area is 3200mm or 10,49 Feet wide and 4050mm or 13,29 Feet Long.
My second choice is a 4 Post Lift but the ones available here are too long. I do not think a Scissor Lift will work because I will have a drain in the middle of the garage and the floor is tilted 4 ways toward it.
Does anyone have a suggestion other than going with the Rotary?

Have you looked at the MaxJax 2 Post lift. I just pick mine up yesterday from the truck depot, there is a thread on here that details the install of one really well. Still may need to be installed wider than what space you have but worth a look.
