Cargo rack for UTV

Made a cargo rack for my Hustler 6x6 I'm working on. I've done plenty of racks with round tube, hole punch and dimple dies but wanted to try something different. Decided to use square tube for the frame and cut the sides/bottom out of sheet. Of course didn't have the right die for my bender.

So first step was make a square tube dent die for the bender.




That worked well so made the hoops.



Fitted the bottom and double checked the mounting.





Overall happy with how it turned out.



Couple coats of semi gloss black and done.

Very nice! CNC plasma at your disposal, or did you go another route to get the sheet metal cut?
