Carpet stains

I ran the Bissel ************** a month or so ago and cleaned the carpets. A dew days later this stain came out.

I've cleaned it 2 more times, and the stain is getting worse.

Ideas? Seems like it's following a crack. Nothing is coming up in any cracks, so don't think it's that.

Carpet was dirty from previous owner, but nothing like this. Just cane out after running the cleaner

Strange that cleaning it is creating a stain, almost like there is something under the carpet being activated by the water.

Tuff stuff car interior cleaner works great for spot cleaning.

Try something with OXYclean in it... Just OXYclean... nothing else but water. Sometimes "SOAP"... attracts dirt...

OH... the reason it suddenly appeared... The carpet was dirty and "Blended" the stain with the dirty carpet... now that its clean... the stain is bold against the clean carpet.

I used to own an apartment building... i have seen stains... removed most... given up on some.

Get yourself some Folex Spot remover. You can find it at Lowes or Home Despot, or Target/Wally Mart. This stuff works miracles. I've used it to remove red wine, blood, tar, and dog **** from light colored carpet. Spray the area really well, then blot it with a dry terrycloth towel. After that, run your shampoo machine back over the area.

I wonder if the previous owner dyed the carpet to hide the stain, and you’re actually removing the dye?

I would have to look under the carpet.

Seems to maybe follow a slab crack. But wouldn't be a reason for a stain.
Slab is cracked in many spots, they never cut it so got shrinkage/flex cracks.
Just hairline

It's a commercial carpet glued to the concrete.

Previous owner did most work half *** at best, highly doubt they dyed a carpet.
It looked like someone had ran a lube bay over it before I busted out the ************** and cleaned it.

Would like to remove it, but it's probably on page 3 or 4 of my to do list.
