I have a set of those craftsman tripod worklights (2x500 Watt halogens), like these:

I have seen older ones on craigslist that came with a blow-molded case to lug them around in. Anyone know where one might find such a case, or have another good suggestion for something ideal to put them in? They don't transport super well on their own.

Old fashioned hard shell suitcase. If you get lucky you might luck into an equipment case of one sort or another. (For a while, I was finding those right and left... I think there are 4 or 5 stuck up in the rafter waiting for me to do something with them.)

not a bad idea, actually!

Nobody on here has one of those blow-molded cases?
